Our Curriculum Is Based On Over 10 Years Of Research & Testing

The Frolific Wheel
TM
At Frolific, we believe that in order to be leaders of the 21st century, our children need to:
Have high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) | Connect meaningfully with others (Collaboration) | Be able to think outside the box (Innovation).
We have broken down these core competencies into smaller transferable concepts that can be easily understood by children (and adults). We call it the Frolific Wheel. Our curriculum is based on this wheel.

This curriculum has been created over 10 years of research, testing, and conducting workshops globally with over 400 parents, children, and educators. Organizations like 4.0 Schools and the VELA Education Fund have also supported us in building & refining the curriculum.
Our Methodology Is Based On
Evidence Backed Results

Overview Of A 1-Hour Session
1
Introduction of Concepts
Each week, a concept from The Frolific Wheel™ is introduced to students through carefully curated experiential activities, ensuring a tangible and memorable learning experience rather than relying on traditional lectures.
2
Real-world Scenario
To enhance practical understanding, the learned concepts are applied to relevant real-world scenarios from a student's life. Through open and interactive discussions facilitated in smaller break-out sessions, students engage in debates, fostering deeper comprehension and personal reflections. Furthermore, this collaborative approach cultivates a sense of community among the students.
3
Goal-setting
After exploring the concepts, students are encouraged to reflect on their personal lives and set weekly goals for implementing these newly acquired skills. This practice ensures that each concept becomes tangible and applicable in their real-world experiences.
4
Evaluation and Measurement
We evaluate children with a specially formulated scale developed in collaboration with metrics expert Dr. Kirsten Hill. This measures the growth in students since the beginning of the course. These results are shared with parents at the end of the course. Additionally, regular assessments are conducted to evaluate students' understanding of the concepts throughout the duration of the course.
